Development of a Sustainable Urban Mobility Plan for the Tarnów Agglomeration

Summary

The Tarnów Agglomeration Association is procuring the development of a comprehensive sustainable urban mobility plan for the entire agglomeration as one integrated service, without division into lots. The work covers diagnosis of the transport and mobility system, collection and analysis of mobility data, development scenarios, a vision, objectives and measures, and a monitoring and evaluation system. It also includes public engagement and consultations, a strategic environmental assessment, and complete plan documentation needed for adoption and implementation; the work must be completed by 26 November 2027.
