Summary

Szczecin Social Housing Association is procuring annual inspections of mechanical and hybrid ventilation systems and cleaning of ventilation ducts in buildings and commercial premises it owns or manages. Part 2 covers six buildings or premises in the right-bank and left-bank areas of Szczecin, with three inspections at each location over 2026–2028. The work includes condition checks and measurements, cleaning, electronic inspection reports and entries in the digital building logbook.
