The Municipality of Biskupiec is procuring six months of snow clearance and anti-icing services in nine lots. Lots I–VI cover village areas, Lot VII covers roads in the town of Biskupiec (excluding pavements), Lot VIII covers the town’s pavements and cycle paths, and Lot IX covers anti-icing in areas I–VI. The estimated machine hours form the basis for the scope, while actual demand depends on need and weather; the contracting authority may reduce the estimated machine hours by up to 30%. The contract may be extended by up to three months and its financial limit increased by up to 50%.
