Supported housing in Chełmża – Support from the Start

Summary

The Municipality of Chełmża is procuring comprehensive modernization works for one supported-housing apartment at Mickiewicza Street 9/4 in Chełmża. The works include demolition and general building, renovation and finishing work; new internal water and sewer, electrical, heating and hot-water installations; replacement windows and doors; apartment furniture and equipment; and preparation and hardening of the approach to the building. Associated reinstatement, cleanup, installation testing and preparation of the apartment for use are also included. The contract is not divided into lots and is to be completed within six months of signing.
