The Municipality of Platerów is procuring complete design documentation and design-and-build energy-efficiency upgrades to four public buildings: a primary healthcare clinic, a school and preschool complex, a primary school, and a municipal kindergarten. The works include heating-system modernisation with ground-source heat pumps and vertical ground loops, building insulation where specified, replacement of windows and external doors, 459 LED light sources, and photovoltaic installations totalling approximately 89.34 kWp.
