Geodetic services for Gdynia City Hall’s Real Estate and Geodesy Department in 2027

Summary

Gmina Miasta Gdyni is procuring geodetic services for its Real Estate and Geodesy Department during 2027. The single, undivided contract covers property-division maps, boundary-mark renewal and boundary-point setting and stabilisation, updates to the EGiB, GESUT and BDOT500 databases, and other maps for legal purposes. The estimated scope includes up to 30 property-division maps, 110 boundary points, database updates covering two areas of up to 1 hectare and one further hectare, and legal-purpose maps for up to 5 plots. Services may concern properties in Gdynia, Gdańsk, Sopot, Żukowo municipality and Gdańsk, Wejherowo and Puck counties.
