Design-and-build construction and conservation works on the church tower in Miłków – Stage I

Summary

Gmina Podgórzyn is procuring design-and-build works for Stage I of the restoration of the historic church tower in Miłków. The works include renovating the roof structure and installing copper roofing, conserving the bell structure, building an internal staircase, restoring exterior and interior plaster on levels I–IV, and conserving or reconstructing the windows. The contract is a single, indivisible scope and is to be completed within 13 months of signing.
