Design and cost-estimating documentation for the roof reconstruction at the Czerniczyn village community centre

Summary

The Municipality of Hrubieszów is procuring complete design and cost-estimating services for the reconstruction of part of the roof of the village community centre in Czerniczyn. The work concerns a building with a footprint of 290 m² and includes a building survey, architectural and technical designs, construction cost estimates, bills of quantities, technical specifications, a design-purpose map and materials needed for administrative approvals. The contract also includes support during the procurement of the construction works and author’s supervision during their implementation.
