Purchase and delivery of aggregate for forest road maintenance in the Chocianów Forest District – third procedure

Summary

The procurement covers the purchase and delivery of 1,000 tonnes of granite and/or basalt aggregate in the 0–31.5 mm fraction and 2,800 tonnes in the 31.5–63 mm fraction for routine maintenance of forest roads managed by the Chocianów Forest District. Deliveries will be made in stages to several forest areas. The aggregate must comply with standards PN-EN 13242 and PN-EN 13285, and a valid manufacturer’s declaration of performance must be provided for each batch before unloading. The authority guarantees orders for at least 75% of the base quantity; the value of optional additional deliveries may not exceed 30% of the gross base-contract payment. The work must be completed within the period offered, which may not exceed 45 working days from contract signature. Offers are evaluated on price (60%) and delivery time (40%): up to 30 working days earns 40 delivery-time points, 31–34 days earns 20 points, and 35 days or more earns 0 points. To participate, a bidder must show that during the previous three years it duly completed at least one delivery of crushed road aggregate totalling at least 1,000 tonnes. A PLN 3,000 tender guarantee is required. The offer must be submitted electronically with the required participation and exclusion declarations and a priced cost estimate.
