Warehouse Modernisation for Civil Protection

Summary

The contract covers the modernisation of a warehouse and the improvement of its surrounding area in Grójec, on plot 1969/2, for civil protection purposes. The works include construction and demolition, roofing, insulation, water and sewerage, sanitary, electrical and fire-safety installations, and finishing works. The detailed scope is set out in the design, technical specifications and bill of quantities. The works must be completed by 15 December 2026, and the completed works must carry a warranty of at least 36 months. Tenders are evaluated on price (60%) and warranty period (40%). No tender guarantee is required, but the successful tenderer must provide performance security equal to 5% of the total tender price. To qualify, tenderers must demonstrate civil liability insurance of at least PLN 1,000,000, at least one qualifying construction project worth at least PLN 900,000 gross completed in the past five years, and provide a suitably qualified construction manager and electrical works manager. The tender must be submitted electronically with the required declarations and evidence. Any proposed equivalent materials must be supported by documents demonstrating equivalence.
