Supply of electronics and teaching aids to the Municipal Integration Preschool in Włodawa

The tender covers the supply, installation where required, setup and handover ready for use of new electronic equipment and teaching aids for the Municipal Integration Preschool in Włodawa. Bids may cover either or both lots: - Lot 1 – computer equipment: 5 interactive 75-inch displays, 5 computers for the displays, 5 mobile display stands, 6 laptops, 2 headsets with microphones and 1 colour A3 laser multifunction device. - Lot 2 – other electronic and educational equipment: a sound reinforcement set, a wireless speaker system with microphone, an ocean-wave projector, an LED water wall, a music player, 10 USB-rechargeable educational robots and two software-equipped interactive floor systems, for programming and coding activities and for the sensory integration room. All equipment must be new, complete and ready for use. At its own expense, the supplier must transport and unload the goods, carry them into the designated rooms, install and start them where required, remove the packaging, and provide user manuals and warranty documents. Delivery is due within 21 calendar days of signing the contract. The equipment must meet the detailed technical specifications and accessibility requirements in the tender documents. The minimum warranty is 24 months; warranties of up to 60 months are considered in the evaluation. Offers are scored on price (60%), warranty period (30%) and a social criterion (10%). Social-criterion points are available if the bidder undertakes to involve an eligible person from a disadvantaged group in performing the contract, for at least half-time throughout the contract. The offer must include the pricing form, a signed exclusion declaration, and the manufacturer and uniquely identifiable model of each offered device. No separate qualification conditions, tender guarantee or performance security are required.
