Sale and delivery of medical supplies for a urology operating theatre

Summary

The procurement covers the recurring sale and delivery, over 12 months, of medical supplies for the urology operating theatre at Edmund Biernacki Specialist Hospital in Mielec. Bids may be submitted for individual product groups. The supplies include THULIO urological laser optical fibres: 15 fibres with a 272 µm core, 3 with a 365 µm core and 15 with a 550 µm core. The hospital also requires 10 reusable digital flexible ureterorenoscopes, each with a minimum working life of 21 hours. The third group comprises 25 single-use digital flexible ureterorenoscopes for narrow ureters, 5 nitinol-core guidewires with a full-length hydrophilic coating, 5 ureteral access sheaths with suction, and 20 Uromax Ultra balloon catheter kits supplied with an ENCORE 26 inflation device. The fourth group comprises 25 single-use flexible ureterorenoscopes compatible with the hospital’s PV220 console; the bidder must also provide a compatible converter for use. All products must meet the dimensions and technical specifications in the tender documents and be compatible with the specified existing equipment. Each delivery must include instructions for use in Polish. Sterile products must be in the manufacturer’s original packaging, and supplies must be transported in double packaging. Deliveries are made as orders arise and must reach the hospital pharmacy at the supplier’s expense, including unloading, within 7 days of each order. Price is the only award criterion. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish; no bid security is required.
