Specialist support services for children and parents under the Płońsk Family Support Project

Summary

The tender covers four types of in-person specialist support for families in Płońsk municipality who experience difficulties with childcare and upbringing. Part I: individual psychological counselling for at least 35 children, totalling 490 hours, addressing learning difficulties, family and school conflicts, self-esteem, and managing emotions and anger. Part II: psychosocial group sessions for 67 children in four groups, totalling 224 hours, focusing on empathy, assertiveness and responding to peer violence. Part III: sociotherapy group sessions for 67 children in four groups, totalling 112 hours, developing communication, social and group-work skills. Part IV: individual psychological counselling for 40 parents, totalling 560 hours, helping reduce stress related to family circumstances and address family problems and challenging child behaviour. Each hour is 60 minutes; services run until 31 December 2027, and remote delivery is not permitted. Bidders may bid for all parts or selected parts. The contracting authority guarantees at least 60% of the planned service volume; the actual distribution of hours will depend on participant needs and the project schedule. The authority provides premises for Part I; the contractor must provide premises in Płońsk for Parts II–IV. The contractor must agree a schedule, cooperate with project staff, tailor support to participants' needs and accessibility requirements, and keep records proving that the services were delivered. Bids are assessed on price (60 points), the specialist's experience (30 points) and social aspects (10 points). The bid submission deadline is 9 October 2026 at 9:00.
