Design of Outdoor Sports Facilities at the Bolesław Chrobry Primary School

The tender is for preparing design documentation for outdoor sports facilities at the Bolesław Chrobry Primary School in Ślipcze, located in Kozodawy, Hrubieszów municipality, including obtaining a building permit and providing the designer’s author supervision. The project includes multifunctional courts for several sports: an approximately 32 × 20 m polyurethane-surfaced court for volleyball and basketball, and an approximately 62 × 30 m natural- or artificial-turf court for football and handball. The design must also cover fencing and ball-stop nets, lighting, sports equipment, a running track of at least 80 m with a long-jump area, and a bicycle rack. The work includes, among other things, two concept-design options, geotechnical investigations and soil assessment, a design survey map, construction and detailed designs for all required disciplines, technical specifications, bills of quantities and investor’s cost estimates, obtaining the necessary approvals and permits, and securing the building permit. The designer must also assist during the procurement of construction works and provide author supervision. The delivery period is 100 days from signing the contract. Evaluation awards 60 points for price and 40 points for the warranty-liability period; the minimum period is 36 months. Bids must be submitted in Polish by 10:00 on 9 October 2026. The contracting authority has set no participation or selection criteria and requires no separate evidence of financial standing or previous experience. Bidders must submit the bid form and a declaration confirming the absence of exclusion grounds; where applicable, a power of attorney or other proof of authority to represent the bidder is also required. No tender guarantee is required.
