Summary

This tender concerns the processing of personal data in connection with the Ärztekammer Berlin procurement procedure. Personal data will be processed to evaluate bids and, if a contract is awarded, for contract execution and termination as well as for tax and social security purposes. Data categories include basic identification data, address data, contact data, and employer data, along with other relevant information collected for the process. The legal basis is GDPR Article 6(1)(b) in conjunction with Berlin's State Budget Ordinance §§ 105 and 55; where processing is necessary to defend claims arising from the procurement, GDPR Article 6(1)(f) applies. Data will be stored as long as necessary to decide on the application and, after award, for up to 10 years in accordance with statutory retention periods (HGB/AO). Data may be shared only under contractual arrangements and applicable legal obligations. Rights include access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, and complaint to the supervisory authority (Berlin Data Protection Officer).
