Supply of a dual-chamber cardioverter-defibrillator and electrodes
Summary
Wojewódzki Szpital Zespolony hospital in Płock is procuring, in one indivisible lot, 30 basic dual-chamber cardioverter-defibrillators, 30 atrial pacing leads and 30 defibrillation leads. The devices must meet the technical minimum requirements in the tender documents and be authorised for marketing or use as medical devices in Poland and the EU. The defibrillator must have been manufactured in 2026 or later, deliver at least 36 J in the first therapy, and support, among other features, MRI examinations at 1.5 T and 3 T without exclusion zones. The supplier must include a programmer for the hospital’s free use and train cardiology staff to use the equipment, at no additional charge. The contract runs for 24 months; deliveries are made in stages against the hospital’s orders, normally within 24 hours on working days. The programmer must be provided within 3 days of the first batch being ordered. Price is the sole award criterion. The bid must include evidence of technical compliance and the medical devices’ regulatory status, together with the required declarations.
