Comprehensive cleaning of the Legionowo District Court building

Summary

The contract covers daily comprehensive cleaning of the Legionowo District Court building, with a usable area of 6,123.64 m², and weekly cleaning of approximately 60 m² of premises used by a juvenile support centre. It also includes cleaning 12 m² of paved area in front of four entrances; washing 400 windows on both sides, including frames and sills, twice a year; and machine-cleaning approximately 1,710 m² of carpet and 210 chairs once a year. The work includes offices, courtrooms and ancillary rooms, corridors, staircases, lifts and sanitary facilities, including disinfection and continuous replenishment of hygiene supplies. The contractor must provide all necessary equipment, cleaning products and hygiene supplies. The contract lasts 12 months from 1 December 2026. All service staff must be employed under employment contracts; at least eight workers are required, including one full-time daytime cleaner and at least seven evening workers each employed for at least one-quarter time. The bidder must also demonstrate experience with two public-building cleaning services meeting the specified value and duration thresholds. Award criteria are price (60%) and the daytime cleaning service’s response time (40%): a response within 15 minutes earns 40 points, while a response of more than 15 and up to 30 minutes earns 20 points; a response time exceeding 30 minutes results in rejection of the bid.
