Supply of coke, coal and pellets to Dobrodzien for the 2026/2027 heating season – 4 lots

Summary

The tender is for the supply of fuel to the Dobrodzien municipal and housing services establishment for the 2026/2027 heating season. It is divided into four lots: 30 tonnes of G II nut coke with a calorific value of 27,000 kJ/kg; 470 tonnes of fine coal with a calorific value of 26,000–28,000 kJ/kg, moisture of up to 10% and ash content of up to 10%; 30 tonnes of class II nut coal with a calorific value of 28,000 kJ/kg; and 30 tonnes of pellets with a calorific value of 18–19 MJ/kg. Bids may cover one, several or all lots. Deliveries will be ordered as needed over eight months from contract signature; each partial delivery must be offered with a lead time of 2, 3, 4 or 5 working days. Vehicles with a gross weight of no more than 10 tonnes are required for certain delivery locations, and one location requires manual unloading. Quantities are estimates, but the contracting authority guarantees fulfilment of at least 60% of the contract volume. The bid price must include transport and unloading, and each delivery must be accompanied by the relevant fuel quality certificate. The award criteria are price (60%), delivery time (10%) and the bidder’s offered late-delivery contractual penalty (30%). Participation requires a signed bid and a declaration confirming compliance with the participation requirements and absence of exclusion grounds.
