Cleaning and maintenance services for the Ciechanów court buildings and their grounds

Summary

The contract covers cleaning two buildings of the District Court in Ciechanów and maintaining the surrounding areas, green spaces and pavements. The services include cleaning rooms, staircases and sanitary facilities, washing windows, removing waste and replenishing hygiene supplies, as well as cleaning outdoor areas, maintaining greenery, clearing snow and treating icy surfaces. The contractor must provide its own equipment, cleaning products and hygiene supplies. The contract runs for 12 months, from 1 January to 31 December 2027. Offers will be evaluated on price (60%), response time to urgent snow-clearance and ice-removal call-outs (20%), and the share of cleaning products bearing a Type I ecolabel (20%). The bidder must demonstrate experience with at least two public-building cleaning services meeting the required duration and value and provide the minimum staffing and employment contracts specified in the tender documents.
