Repair works to the Trzebież Forest District administrative building – Stage 2

Summary

The procurement covers stage two of renovation works to the administrative building of the Trzebież Forest District at Zalesie 1, Tanowo. The works include refreshing the façade and repairing small areas of plaster; painting two wooden doors, metal window sills, railings, window grilles, door canopies, two freestanding lamps and two wall lights; replacing the canopy’s cellular polycarbonate covering, the damaged flat-roof covering and associated flashings; replacing plastic façade ventilation grilles with white aluminium grilles; and clearing, cleaning and painting metal gutters and downpipes. Replacing steel doors with aluminium doors is excluded from this procurement. The work will take place in an occupied office building; the contractor must secure the work area, remedy damage it causes, and include waste removal and disposal. Work is permitted on weekdays from 7:00 to 22:00, with particularly disruptive work limited to 15:30–22:00. Weekend work is possible by prior agreement with the contracting authority. Materials must comply with the project documents and Polish standards and be first-grade quality. The works must be completed within 60 calendar days of contract signature. Bidders must demonstrate at least one construction, reconstruction or renovation project for a public-use building, worth at least PLN 100,000, completed within the last five years. Bids are evaluated on price (60%) and an extended quality warranty (40%); the minimum warranty is 24 months. No bid guarantee is required, but the successful bidder must provide performance security equal to 5% of the gross contract price and evidence of liability insurance covering at least PLN 100,000 before signing the contract. The bid submission deadline is 16 October 2026 at 8:00.
