Accommodation for a Group of 30 Without Breakfast

Summary

The tender is for hotel accommodation without breakfast for an organised group of 30 people. Accommodation is required for 25 people from 15 to 29 November 2026 (350 nights), and for up to five people for two nights each during 23–28 November 2026 (up to 10 nights). The maximum volume is 360 nights and the minimum order volume is 280 nights. The contracting authority may reduce or cancel the reservation without charge and will confirm the final number of guests and nights by 9 November 2026. The hotel must be within a 3.0 km walking distance of Dobra Street 72, Warsaw, be officially classified as at least three-star, and provide single rooms or double rooms for single occupancy. Each room must have a private bathroom with a toilet, washbasin, shower or bath, hairdryer and towels, as well as a television, free Wi-Fi, tea- and coffee-making facilities, and a refrigerator. The hotel must have dining facilities and offer breakfast for purchase, served from 7:00 a.m. A free communal meeting area is also required, along with laundry facilities on site or within a 300 m walk and guest parking: either at least five reservable spaces at the hotel or public parking within 300 m. The bidder must submit a completed and signed offer form, identify the hotel and its exact address, state the walking distance, and confirm the availability of the required services. The offer must state the unit price per person per night and the total price in Polish zloty. Price is the sole award criterion, weighted at 100%. No separate financial, registration, or technical and professional capacity conditions have been set for participation.
