Supply of medical beds

Summary

The procurement is for 38 medical beds: 36 manually adjustable beds and 2 electrically adjustable multifunctional beds. The contract includes transport to the hospital, installation, commissioning, functional testing and training for medical and technical staff. The beds must meet the detailed technical specifications, be new and manufactured in 2026 or later, and include mattresses and the required medical-device documentation. Delivery, installation and training must be completed by 20 November 2026. The offer must include a warranty of at least 24 months; longer warranty periods receive additional evaluation points. The bidder must provide manufacturer-authorised warranty and post-warranty service in Poland, the manufacturer’s authorisation, original manufacturer materials substantiating the technical parameters, a declaration of conformity or CE certificate, and at least one written reference from a user concerning installation of the offered equipment, or other evidence that the installation was properly completed. Offers are evaluated on price and warranty period. The procurement is conditional and may be cancelled if the required funding is not obtained.
