Conversion of the Boiler Room at the Public Primary School in Solec nad Wisłą

Summary

The contract covers converting the coal-fired boiler room at the Public Primary School in Solec nad Wisłą to a liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) boiler room. The works include dismantling the existing boiler-room equipment and building elements and carrying out repairs; clearing the external sewer and flushing the central-heating system; installing an external gas boiler and heating system; electrical and lighting works in the boiler room; installing the gas connection and tank; earthworks; restoring the road surface; and compensatory landscaping. The contractor must organise and secure the site, remove construction waste, restore the area and prepare as-built documentation, including a geodetic as-built survey. The works must be completed by 15 December 2026. A mandatory site visit must take place before the bid is submitted. To qualify, the bidder must demonstrate proper completion, within the previous five years, of one building construction, reconstruction, renovation or other construction project worth at least PLN 150,000, and provide a construction manager with the required qualifications and at least five years of relevant experience. No minimum economic or financial capacity requirement is set. Price accounts for 60% of the evaluation and guarantee length for 40; the guarantee must be at least 36 months and the defects-liability period must match it. The successful contractor must provide performance security equal to 5% of the total bid price.
