Construction of a cycling pump track in Domanice-Kolonia

Summary

The procurement covers construction of a cycling pump track and small architectural features on plot 199/1 in Domanice-Kolonia. The works must follow the design and technical specifications and comply with standard PN-EN 14974:2019-07 or a current equivalent standard. The completion period is two months from contract signature. The bid deadline is 15 October 2026 at 9:00 a.m. The bidder must have current, paid third-party liability insurance of at least PLN 200,000 and provide a suitably qualified, experienced construction manager. It must also demonstrate that, during the previous five years, it properly completed at least one pump track or skatepark construction, reconstruction or renovation project worth at least PLN 150,000. A PLN 3,000 bid guarantee is required. Contract performance security is 5% of the gross bid price. Price carries 60% of the evaluation and the warranty period 40%; the warranty must be at least 36 months. Certain road machinery operators must generally be employed under employment contracts during the works, subject to the exceptions set out in the tender documents.
