Purchase of a tractor and flood-response sandbag filling equipment

The procurement is divided into two parts: Kłaj Municipality will buy and receive a new tractor for civil protection duties, and a special trailer-mounted device for dispensing sand and other bulk materials into bags for flood response. The second device must be usable in both mobile and stationary modes. For either part, the supply includes the required equipment and documentation, commissioning, and user training.
