Expansion, vertical extension and reconstruction of the Forestry Transport Centre’s social and administrative building – III

Summary

The tender covers the extension, vertical extension and reconstruction of the existing social and administrative building of the Forestry Transport Centre at Szpitalna 2, Gorzów Wielkopolski, including technical systems and landscaping on part of the site. The works include demolition and construction, refurbishment of rooms and the roof, insulation, and installation of water and sewerage, air-conditioning, mechanical ventilation, electrical, heating, lightning-protection, structured cabling and CCTV systems. The contractor must obtain the occupancy permit for the entire project. The works must be completed within 26 weeks of handover of the construction site. First-stage works worth at least 40% of the total bid price must be completed within 11 weeks. Bidders may offer 45% or 50% for additional evaluation points. Bids are evaluated on price (60 points), the scope of first-stage works (20 points) and warranty duration (20 points). The minimum warranty is 60 months; 63- and 66-month warranties are also scored. Bidders must provide evidence of the required construction experience and construction manager qualifications, a signed bid, a signed simplified-method cost estimate and a declaration covering participation conditions and exclusion grounds. Bid security of PLN 30,000 is required. Before signing the contract, the successful bidder must provide performance security equal to 5% of the contract price. The contractor must maintain the required construction, liability and accident insurance during the works. The bid submission deadline is 15 October 2026 at 09:00.
