Drone system with sensors and accessories for environmental inspections

Summary

The Municipality of Podegrodzie is procuring an industrial-class drone system for municipal guard environmental inspections, including accessories, a charging station, controller, batteries, multisensor camera, air-quality sensor and wheeled transport case. The supplier must deliver a new, complete, operational system and provide one operator with theoretical and practical training. The drone must meet the tender’s technical specifications, including at least IP55 protection, centimetre-level RTK positioning, optical zoom of at least 20–23x, a thermal camera resolution of 640 × 512 pixels at 30 Hz, and laser range finding from 5 to 1,200 metres with ±1 metre accuracy. The air-quality sensor must measure the listed gases and chemical substances as well as PM1.0, PM2.5 and PM10, with software for real-time data collection, analysis and visualisation. Delivery and training must be completed by 15 December 2026. Evaluation weights are 60% for price and 40% for warranty; the minimum warranty is 24 months, with additional credit for an extension of up to 12 months. A PLN 1,000 bid guarantee is required. The bid must include manufacturer documentation verifying the drone’s technical parameters and must be submitted electronically in Polish by 19 October 2026 at 12:00.
