Supply of mobile modular museum exhibition walls with installation, connection and secure storage systems

Summary

The Polish Army Museum is procuring 40 new mobile modular exhibition walls measuring 100 × 250 cm, for arranging exhibition spaces, displaying artworks and guiding visitor routes. The supply also includes 40 lights, 20 picture-hanging sets, connectors and additional profiles for different layouts, two tool sets, and trolleys or containers suitable for safely storing and transporting all the walls. The walls must be reusable, stable and quick to reconfigure, with connections allowing L-, T- and cross-shaped layouts as well as variable angles. The tender documents set further requirements for the surfaces, lighting, hanging system and construction. The supplier must deliver the equipment at its own cost and risk, including unloading, carrying it inside and keeping the museum orderly during delivery. The delivery must be coordinated at least seven days in advance. The supplier must instruct museum staff and hand over technical, warranty and service documents, as well as user instructions in Polish. The goods must be new, not refurbished or demonstration items. The minimum warranty is 24 months. Bids are evaluated on price (60 points) and warranty duration (40 points). Bids are due by 12 October 2026 at 10:00 and must include a PLN 5,000 bid guarantee. Delivery is due no later than 30 November 2026.
