Regular fuel supply to Łochów municipal units

Summary

Łochów municipal units seek the recurring supply of Pb95 unleaded petrol, diesel and LPG for 12 months. Estimated quantities are 3,700 litres of Pb95 petrol, 81,340 litres of diesel and 1,000 litres of LPG. Actual purchases will depend on the units’ needs, but the minimum fulfilment level is 50% of each recipient’s estimated requirement; the contracting authority may exercise an option to increase quantities by up to 20%. Fuel will be purchased on a cashless basis at the supplier’s station, which must be within 5 km of the Łochów Municipal Office and open Monday to Saturday from 7:00 to 18:00 and Sunday from 7:00 to 14:00. Tenderers must hold a valid licence to trade in Pb95 petrol, diesel and LPG and provide a compliant fuel station. Fuels must meet the applicable quality requirements and standards; on request, the supplier must provide a quality certificate and evidence of the fuel’s source and is liable for damage caused by non-compliant fuel. The offer must state a fixed discount for each fuel type. Offers are evaluated on price (60%), the Pb95 petrol discount (15%), the diesel discount (15%) and the LPG discount (10%). Payment is based on quantities actually purchased, generally settled by calendar month. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish with the required forms and declarations. No tender guarantee or performance security is required.
