Purchase and delivery of civil-protection depot equipment for population-protection tasks

Summary

The procurement comprises three lots to replenish civil-protection resources and infrastructure in Podegrodzie municipality. Lot I is the supply of a generator rated at least 100 kW with a type-approved two-axle trailer. Lot II covers a 4x2 truck with a 10,000-litre potable-water tank; the tank and parts in contact with drinking water must have a valid hygiene certificate from NIZP PZH-PIB or an equivalent competent body. Lot III is a new 2026 truck with a maximum authorised mass of 3,500 kg, at least five seats and a three-way tipper body. It must have a diesel engine meeting at least Euro 6 and producing at least 150 hp, a gearbox with at least six forward gears, a hydraulic tipper body at least 2,500 mm long, ABS and ESP or equivalent systems, a work light and roof-mounted warning lights. For lot III, the warranty and service package must cover at least 3 years or 150,000 km, whichever comes first; it includes scheduled maintenance and repairs to the specified systems, towing in the event of a breakdown and, where needed, free transport of the vehicle to and from the service centre. All equipment and vehicles must be new, complete and free of defects. Applicable certificates, conformity documents and registration documents, as well as Polish-language manuals and technical documentation, are required. Bids may be submitted for one or more lots, and one bidder may be awarded several lots. The award criteria are price (60%) and warranty period (40%); up to 12 additional warranty months count for evaluation. The tender guarantee is PLN 1,000 for lot I, PLN 6,000 for lot II and PLN 1,400 for lot III. Bids must be submitted electronically in Polish by 11:00 on 19 October 2026. Delivery is due by 24 November 2026. The tender documents set no special turnover, reference or other technical or financial capacity thresholds for bidders.
