Design and construction of a municipal selective waste collection centre in Koniecpol
Summary
The contract covers the design and construction of a municipal selective waste collection centre on Słowackiego Street in Koniecpol on a turnkey basis. The contractor must prepare complete design and cost documentation, obtain the necessary approvals, permits and authorisation to build, construct the facility, and supply and install its permanent equipment. The works include container buildings for office and staff facilities and a repair workshop, covered waste storage areas and bays, a vehicle scale with a capacity of at least 18 tonnes and no more than 20 tonnes, paved areas and roads, fencing, lighting, water, sewerage and electrical systems, a photovoltaic installation with battery storage, monitoring and alarm systems, and waste containers and receptacles. The site must also include landscaping and an educational path. The supply of a lorry and a telescopic handler is excluded. The contractor must provide surveying, author supervision and hand over a facility ready for use, together with as-built documentation and an occupancy permit. The overall deadline is 12 months from contract signing, including up to 6 months for design. Bidders must demonstrate the required previous experience and availability of suitably qualified designers and works managers; physical workers carrying out construction and installation tasks must be employed under employment contracts. The minimum warranty is 36 months. Price accounts for 60% of the evaluation and warranty for 40%. No tender guarantee is required, but the successful bidder must provide performance security equal to 5% of the total offer price. The contract is indivisible and bids for partial scope are not accepted.
