Summary
The contract covers refurbishment of rooms in a public building at 48A in Mościce to create four training apartments for people becoming independent. The work includes partial demolition and construction of partition walls, closing door openings, relocating sanitary fixtures, and carrying out water, sewerage, heating, ventilation and electrical works. The laundry and drying room must also be moved, and floors and ceilings made good. The contractor must manage the construction work using suitably qualified personnel, keep the site safe and orderly, carry out the required tests and surveys, and provide complete as-built documentation. Equivalent materials or solutions must be evidenced and approved. The works must be completed within three months of contract signature. The bidder must state the proposed warranty and liability period in its offer. Participation requires the prescribed declarations and evidence of similar construction work completed in the previous five years, as well as details of the proposed personnel.
