Successive supply of single-use medical supplies – specialist dressings

Summary

This is a single, indivisible procurement for 24 months of specialist dressings and other single-use medical supplies. The range includes compression and fixation bandages, two-layer compression bandage systems, waterproof and vapour-permeable wound dressings, and sterile wound-closure strips. Examples include cotton compression bandages with 85% stretch in widths of 8 cm and 10 cm, 10 cm-wide two-layer systems, and fixation and wound dressings in various sizes; the product list sets out the quantities and specifications. Bids cannot cover selected products only. The supplier must deliver against orders within four working days, on working days between 8:00 and 13:00, to the medical store in Lublin, and must give at least 48 hours’ notice of the delivery time. The contract runs for 24 months. The contracting authority may exercise an option to increase the ordered quantity by up to 20% of the gross contract value; at least 60% of the core quantity is guaranteed. Price is the sole award criterion, weighted at 100%. The bid must include leaflets or catalogue extracts demonstrating product compliance. Medical devices must meet the applicable Polish requirements, bear the CE mark and have at least 12 months’ shelf life from delivery.
