Supply of civil defence warehouse equipment

Summary

The tender concerns the purchase and delivery of equipment for the civil defence warehouse of the Municipality of Podegrodzie, to support civil protection and civil defence duties. It is divided into three lots, and bidders may tender for one or more: (1) 22 sets of respiratory protective apparatus, including a motionless alarm and a cover for a composite cylinder; (2) 8 AED defibrillators with outdoor cabinets, including delivery, installation and commissioning; and (3) 56 radiotelephones. Equipment must be complete, new and free of defects, and supplied with legally required certificates and documents and Polish-language operating instructions. The supplier is responsible for transport at its own cost and risk and for product quality. Delivery and completion are due by 24 November 2026. Unless a longer period is specified for the product, the minimum warranty is 12 months. Price carries 60% of the evaluation and warranty duration 40%. Offers are due by 10:00 on 19 October 2026 and will be opened at 10:30. Bid security is PLN 1,500 for Part 1, PLN 700 for Part 2 and PLN 2,000 for Part 3. No minimum turnover, past-experience or team-qualification thresholds are set, but the offer and products must comply with the technical requirements for the relevant part.
