Reconstruction of Floriana Street in Nakło

Summary

The tender concerns reconstruction of a 255-metre section of the municipal road on Floriana Street in Nakło. The works include cleaning and preparing the existing asphalt surface, strengthening the road structure and laying a new asphalt wearing course, adjusting the levels of property entrances, building mechanically stabilised crushed-stone shoulders on both sides, and restoring disturbed roadside areas. The contractor must also install two new street-lighting poles with LED luminaires, upgrade existing lights and adapt the cable lines. The contractor is responsible for arranging temporary traffic management, maintaining safe access for residents to their properties and carrying out the works in accordance with the design and technical requirements. The completion deadline is 18 December 2026. The tenderer must demonstrate experience completing at least one road construction or reconstruction project worth at least PLN 80,000 gross in the last five years and provide road and electrical works managers with the required authorisations and at least two years’ experience. Workers performing road and electrical construction activities must be employed under employment contracts. The tender must include the required declarations and price; evaluation is based on price (60%) and the warranty and liability-for-defects period (40%). The permitted periods are 60, 72 or 84 months. Tenders must be submitted electronically in Polish. The works must be completed by 18 December 2026, and the successful contractor must provide a performance security equal to 5% of the contract price.
