Supply of a refrigeration cabinet, a 2 × 200 L laboratory refrigerator and a thermostatic cabinet to the Radom Sanitary and Epidemiological Station

Summary

The County Sanitary and Epidemiological Station in Radom is procuring laboratory equipment under a civil protection programme in three lots: Lot I – a refrigeration cabinet; Lot II – a 2 × 200 L laboratory refrigerator; and Lot III – a thermostatic cabinet. Bidders may tender for one or more lots, but must meet every requirement for each lot they bid for. Lot I equipment must operate from 0 to +15°C, have a total capacity of 2 × 140–160 litres and usable capacity of 2 × 125–150 litres. Lot II must have a total capacity of 2 × 200 litres, usable capacity of 2 × 160–185 litres and a temperature range of at least 0 to +15°C. Both refrigerator types must be upright cabinets with two separate solid doors, an external adjustable temperature display, temperature and door-open alarms, automatic door closing, LED lighting and at least three shelves in each chamber; noise must not exceed 57 dB. Each chamber must be calibrated by an accredited laboratory at nine measuring points, with a paper calibration certificate supplied. Lot II also includes two temperature loggers with a reading base; each logger must be calibrated at one measuring point. The Lot III thermostatic cabinet must cover at least +3 to +40°C, maintain stability within ±2°C, have a capacity of 70–80 litres and external dimensions no greater than 70 × 60 × 70 cm. Temperature adjustment must be in 0.1°C increments. Required features include forced-air circulation, a stainless-steel interior, at least two stainless-steel wire shelves, a door-open alert and an external temperature display. The cabinet must be calibrated at nine measuring points and supplied with one temperature logger and reading base, calibrated at one point. All equipment must be new and manufactured in 2026 or later, bear CE marking and be supplied with an EU declaration of conformity and Polish-language technical documentation and manuals. The price must include transport, unloading, moving the equipment into the building, installation, commissioning, testing, staff training and removal of packaging. Delivery and acceptance must be completed by 30 November 2026. The minimum warranty is 24 months; price carries 60% of the evaluation score and warranty duration 40% (24 months – 0 points; 25–36 months – 20 points; 37 months or more – 40 points). Authorised service in Poland is required, with service response within 72 hours on working days and free support consultations during the warranty period. The documents give conflicting deadlines for free repairs: up to 10 working days in the technical specification and 3 working days in the draft contract; bidders should seek clarification. If three repairs fail to resolve a defect, the equipment must be replaced free of charge within 14 days. There are no separate participation conditions, bid security or performance security. A site visit is recommended but not mandatory.
