Construction of a multi-purpose building in Słopnice

Summary

The tender concerns construction of a multi-purpose building in Słopnice, including internal and external utility networks and site works. The scope includes, among other things, water, sewerage, heating, ventilation, cooling, electrical, low-voltage and photovoltaic systems; external water and sewer networks, a rainwater tank, infiltration wells, retaining walls, access roads and parking spaces. It also includes reconstruction of the low-voltage electricity and gas networks and construction of a cable telecommunications network. The contractor must also obtain the permit or other required document allowing the building to be used. The works must be completed within 24 months of signing the contract. The bidder must submit a declaration with its bid confirming compliance with the participation conditions and absence of exclusion grounds. It must demonstrate at least one construction or extension project completed within the last five years for an administrative, multi-purpose or public-use building, worth at least PLN 9,000,000 gross. The bidder must also hold third-party liability insurance with a minimum insured amount of PLN 2,000,000 and have the necessary technical equipment and personnel with legally required qualifications. The bid security is PLN 200,000, and the performance security is 5% of the gross bid price. Employees carrying out physical construction work must be employed under employment contracts during contract performance. Bids must be submitted by 10:00 on 15 October 2026. Price accounts for 60% of the evaluation and an extension of the warranty period accounts for 40%; the minimum warranty period is 60 months, and the maximum period counted for scoring is 84 months. The bid must include all costs necessary to complete the works in a fixed lump-sum price.
