Hospital room renovation for imaging diagnostics and supply of a CT scanner

Summary

The tender covers the complete design and refurbishment of existing rooms at the hospital in Krynica-Zdrój for imaging diagnostics, together with the supply of a new computed tomography (CT) scanner. The contractor will prepare design and construction documentation, obtain required approvals and permits, carry out building and installation works, and supply, install, commission and integrate the CT scanner with its diagnostic workstation, software and licences. The scope also includes IT and teleradiology connections, a system for recording diagnostic images onto DICOM discs, furniture and medical fittings, testing and measurements, staff training and handover documentation. Two X-ray rooms must also be prepared, but relocation of the existing X-ray unit and purchase of a future X-ray unit are outside this contract. Works will take place in an operating hospital and must be organised to maintain hospital operations and protect patients and staff. Bidders must attend one mandatory site visit, either on 9 or 14 October 2026 at 11:00, and include a signed confirmation with their bid. The bid must include evidence of the required experience, the completed equipment and pricing schedule, and documents proving compliance and service capability for the CT scanner and other medical devices. A PLN 100,000 tender guarantee is required. Bids are evaluated 60% on price and 40% on the CT scanner’s technical parameters. The work must be completed by 30 June 2027 at the latest; the warranty and defect-liability period for construction and installation works is 60 months.
