Spot repairs to hard-surfaced carriageways and pavements on municipal streets in Gniezno – Stage II

Summary

The contract covers spot repairs to hard-surfaced carriageways and pavements on municipal streets in Gniezno. The work includes, among other things, repairing potholes in asphalt and placing a 4 cm asphalt overlay; repairing stone and concrete-block surfaces and concrete-slab pavements; filling joints; installing kerbs; adjusting a sewer manhole; and laying and compacting reclaimed asphalt material. Quantities are estimates, and the bid price must account for all costs of carrying out the work. The contractor must respond to a dangerous pothole within 30 minutes, receive reports around the clock, and provide a temporary repair using stone material that remains serviceable for at least two days; the permanent repair must be completed within that period. For routine work, commencement must be within the period offered, which must be 1–5 days after the contracting authority’s notice. The contract runs until 15 December 2026. Bids are assessed on price (60%) and the time to commence work (40%). No bid guarantee is required. The bidder must have relevant civil liability insurance of at least PLN 150,000, the specified previous-work experience, the listed machinery and a team of at least 19 people. The bid must include the required declarations, and the successful bidder must provide documents proving its qualifications. The bid submission deadline was 15 October 2026 at 09:00.
