Energy-efficiency construction works at the Żywiec Tax Office buildings

Summary

The contract is divided into two lots: comprehensive building energy-efficiency works and technical-installation upgrades at the Żywiec Tax Office’s Building A (11 Zygmunta Krasińskiego Street) and Building B (1 Powstańców Śląskich Street). Both lots include lighting upgrades, a new central-heating system, water-saving fittings, external-wall and roof insulation, replacement of windows and external doors, and associated interior finishing. Building A will receive an energy-efficient passenger lift and lift shaft; Building B will receive a photovoltaic installation and an entrance adapted for accessibility. Both lots also include an electric-vehicle charging point. The buildings will remain in use during construction, so the contractor must organise the works to avoid disrupting operations, pollution and unnecessary disturbance. The works must meet environmental and accessibility requirements and the DNSH principle, including waste sorting and compliant disposal, and the contractor must document the properties of materials used. The contractor must produce and install a compliant 240 × 120 cm information board and keep it in good condition. The deadline for completion is 15 November 2027, and the works and installed equipment must be covered by a warranty of at least 60 months. The bid guarantee is PLN 25,000 for Lot 1 and PLN 11,000 for Lot 2; a bid for both lots requires the combined amount. Price is the sole award criterion. Bidders must demonstrate the required experience and construction-management qualifications and submit the required bid and compliance documents.
