Electricity supply to municipal facilities in Orzesze in 2027

Summary

The tender is for the supply of electricity from 1 January to 31 December 2027 to 67 consumption points serving municipal buildings and facilities in Orzesze, including residential and other buildings, sports and recreation facilities, the municipal market, the cemetery, the wastewater treatment plant and sewage pumping stations. Estimated total consumption is 968,245 kWh: 14,445 kWh under tariff G11, 179,800 kWh under C11, 745,000 kWh under C22a (175,000 kWh at peak and 570,000 kWh off-peak), and 29,000 kWh under C21. Actual consumption may vary: the contracting authority may reduce the volume to 70% of the estimate or increase it by up to 10%. Bidders must quote unit prices by tariff and a total price. The contract also covers the purchase and balancing of surplus solar electricity from the authority’s photovoltaic micro-installation at Wieniawskiego 4; the estimated annual surplus is approximately 9,000, with settlement based on the 2027 market price. Bidders must hold a valid electricity-trading licence. The offer must cover the entire procurement; price is the sole award criterion (100%). The authority may conduct negotiations to improve offers.
