Supply of materials for winter maintenance of county roads

Summary

The procurement covers the supply of materials for winter maintenance of county roads in two lots: Lot 1 is approximately 600 tonnes of road salt with an anti-caking agent, and Lot 2 is approximately 1,300 tonnes of sand graded 0–2 mm. The supplier must sell, deliver and unload the materials at the contracting authority’s storage yard at 24A Warszawska Street, Jednorożec. Quantities are estimates; actual orders depend on weather and the authority’s needs, and each order must be fulfilled within 7 days. The contract runs for up to 160 days from signing. Bidders may tender for one or both lots. Evidence that the relevant material meets the requirements must accompany the bid. Each lot is evaluated separately, and price is the sole award criterion (100%). Lot 1 requires a PLN 3,000 tender guarantee and performance security equal to 2% of the total bid price; neither guarantee is required for Lot 2. No specific experience, turnover or staffing selection conditions are imposed, but bidders must submit the required exclusion declaration, bid documents and proof of authority to represent them.
