Renovation of three municipal apartments in Warsaw’s Nowolipki area

Summary

The tender covers renovation of three residential units owned by the City of Warsaw and administered by the Wola district property manager, in the Nowolipki area. The work comprises general building, sanitary and electrical works, as set out in the bills of quantities and technical specifications in the tender documents. The works must be completed no later than 15 December 2026, calculated from handover of the work site. Offers will be evaluated on price, weighted at 80%, and warranty period, weighted at 20%. The offered warranty must be at least 24 months; up to 36 months will count in the evaluation. A separate 60-month period for defect claims is also required. The tender guarantee is PLN 1,000, and the successful tenderer must provide performance security equal to 5% of the total tender price before signing the contract. Personnel performing general building, sanitary and electrical work must be employed under employment contracts. Tenderers must demonstrate the required previous works experience and provide site managers with the specified qualifications.
