The contract covers the scheduled collection, transport and management of liquid surplus sludge (waste code 19 08 99) generated at the Sumina wastewater treatment plant from 4 January to 31 December 2027. The estimated quantity is 5,497.08 tonnes, with a minimum guaranteed quantity of 2,748.54 tonnes, or 50% of the estimate. The service must be delivered as a complete package; partial bids are not permitted. Bidders need the required waste-management registration and permits, and must have completed or be properly performing at least two similar service contracts in the last three years, each involving at least 3,000 tonnes per year. Drivers must be employed under employment contracts. Price is the sole award criterion, and no tender guarantee is required.
