Modernization of the Mental Health Centre infrastructure at the neuropsychiatric hospital in Lubliniec

Summary

The tender covers construction works to modernize the infrastructure of the Mental Health Centre at the Emil Cyran Provincial Neuropsychiatric Hospital in Lubliniec. The works include electrical cabling and installations, water-supply and sewage installations, sanitary equipment and building finishes. The procurement is divided into two lots: (1) modernization of the Day Psychiatric Ward, to be completed within 56 days of contract signing; and (2) modernization of General Psychiatric Ward I and its mood for mood disorders treatment unit, to be completed within 140 days. Bids may be submitted for either or both lots. The works must carry a warranty of at least 36 months; longer warranties receive additional evaluation points up to 60 months. Price accounts for 60 points and warranty for 40. The bidder must submit a cost estimate based on the bill of quantities and the required declarations. A PLN 9,000 bid guarantee is required for Lot 2. The successful bidder must provide performance security equal to 5% of the total bid price. Personnel carrying out activities directly related to the contract must be employed under employment contracts. Bids must be submitted electronically by 12:00 on 15 October 2026.
