Storage Facility Construction – Phase I under the 2025–2026 Civil Protection and Civil Defence Programme

The tender concerns phase I construction of a storage facility for the Municipality of Susiec under the 2025–2026 Civil Protection and Civil Defence Programme. The works include surveying, removing topsoil, excavation and a crushed-stone foundation base, foundations and reinforcement, installation of the building’s steel frame, a roof and insulated walls made of 120 mm sandwich panels, flashings, gutters and downpipes, rooflights, and a 15 cm gravel-sand sub-base. The contractor must manage the construction works, obtain the documents and approvals needed to bring the facility into use, and deliver as-built documentation. A PLN 9,000 tender guarantee is required. Before signing the contract, the successful tenderer must provide performance security equal to 5% of the gross bid price and maintain relevant third-party liability insurance throughout performance, with insured cover of at least 50% of the gross contract value. Bids for separate lots are not permitted.
