Supply of adult incontinence briefs to the Górno hospital

Summary

The tender is for the supply of adult products for urinary and faecal incontinence to the Górno Hospital for Lung Diseases and Long-Term Care. The base quantity is 159,000 products: daytime first-absorbency-level briefs in sizes M (36,000) and XL (5,000); night-time second-level briefs in sizes M/L (69,000) and XL (5,000); high-absorbency fourth-level briefs in sizes M/L (28,000) and XL (5,000); anatomical incontinence pads (8,000); and high-absorbency second-level XXL briefs (3,000). The buyer may exercise an option to increase the quantities by 30%, within the quantities shown in the price schedule. Products must meet the technical specifications in the price schedule, including the required absorbency and sizes; adult briefs must be breathable across their entire surface and prevent liquid leakage. Products intended for users prone to allergies must contain no latex components. Some products must be packed in units of 30. The supply contract runs for 12 months. Deliveries must be made at least once a month, and each order must be delivered within three working days. The buyer may order less than the full planned quantity, but not less than 65% of the contract value. If the quantities have not been fully ordered during the contract period, the contract may be extended until they are fulfilled, but for no longer than four years from the date of signing. Price is the only award criterion. The offer must state the total price including VAT and delivery to the buyer’s warehouse, as well as the product manufacturer or brand and country of origin.
