Supply of a drinking-water tank trailer for logistical supply security (area 2)

Summary

The City of Ustroń is procuring a new, unused 2,000-litre drinking-water tank mounted on a trailer to support logistical supply security. The polyethylene tank must withstand temperatures from −20°C to +60°C and weather, chemical and physical exposure. It must have a top hatch of at least 400 mm, two 3/4-inch drain taps, a 2-inch filling and draining connection with a fire-service coupling, a PZH hygiene certificate and “Drinking Water” markings on both sides. The trailer must have a gross vehicle weight of 2,700 kg, an unladen weight of no more than 500 kg and a payload of at least 2,200 kg. It must also have a V-shaped drawbar, two braked axles, a handbrake, a jockey wheel, four crank-operated supports, a 13-pin, 12 V electrical system and type approval permitting registration. The trailer must be complete, ready for use and accompanied by registration documents. Delivery is due within 45 days of contract signature. The tender must cover the entire procurement; partial and variant tenders are not allowed. Include a data sheet stating the main technical parameters of the offered tank. Price carries 60% of the evaluation weight and the warranty and liability period for defects carries 40%; the available periods are 12 or 18 months from signature of the final acceptance report. The tender documents state a submission deadline of 8 October 2026 at 8:00. No tender guarantee or contract performance security is required.
