Repair of Regional Road 289 on the Lubsko Bypass

Summary

The tender covers repair of a 232 m section of regional road 289 on the Lubsko bypass, from km 24+325 to km 24+557, with a road surface area of 4,160 m². The existing surface is to be milled to an average depth of up to 5 cm, cleaned and treated with asphalt emulsion, and resurfaced with an SMA 11 levelling and wearing course at an average rate of 125 kg/m². The work also includes repairs to kerbs and the footway, restoration of lawn edging, reshaping the shoulders and applying thin-layer road markings. The works must be completed within 35 calendar days after contract signature. The tender must include a completed price schedule with unit prices for every work item. The bidder must demonstrate at least one properly completed project within the last five years involving construction, extension, reconstruction, strengthening or repair of a class G or higher road, with a gross value of at least PLN 400,000. Minor repairs are excluded, and the value of multiple projects cannot be combined to reach the threshold. A suitably authorised roadworks manager is also required. The bid guarantee is PLN 7,500. Price accounts for 60% of the evaluation and the quality guarantee period for 40%; bidders may offer the same 3-, 4- or 5-year guarantee for all works. Before signing, the successful bidder must provide evidence of civil liability insurance of at least PLN 400,000 and performance security equal to 10% of the total tender price.
