Supply of Rescue and Protective Equipment for Volunteer Fire Brigades
Summary
The Municipality of Ujazd is procuring essential rescue and protective equipment for volunteer fire brigades in nine lots: (1) pumps, motor pumps and generators; (2) compressors for filling breathing-apparatus cylinders; (3) stretchers, defibrillators and a first-aid kit; (4) battery-powered hydraulic rescue tools; (5) firefighters’ protective clothing, helmets, gloves and boots; (6) firefighting foam equipment, nozzles, hoses and water fittings; (7) forcible-entry and vehicle-stabilisation equipment and other rescue tools; (8) communications, measuring and lighting equipment, including a thermal camera and a thermal-imaging drone; and (9) respiratory protective equipment. Bidders may tender for one, any selected number, or all nine lots. Price is the sole award criterion for each lot (100%); no tender guarantee is required. The bidder must supply new, unused equipment meeting the minimum technical requirements and applicable standards for the relevant lot. Products must have the required CE declarations, certificates and approvals, including CNBOP-PIB or ATEX documents where applicable. Battery-powered equipment must comply with RoHS, and packaging must be reusable or recyclable. Delivery, including transport, transit insurance and unloading, is due within 30 calendar days of contract signature. At delivery, the supplier must provide Polish-language operating and maintenance instructions, warranty cards and the required technical evidence. Where the equipment requires it, free training on operation, safe use and maintenance must be provided. The documents conflict on warranty duration: the offer form states 36 months from delivery, while the draft contract provides a 5-year warranty from acceptance; the exact requirement should be verified in the tender documents.
